That’s true whether you studied on the Manchester campus or earned your degree online. Who may qualify
Hanover’s discount is for college and university graduates, so it’s your degree that counts, not membership in an alumni association. If you live in New Hampshire or Maine, you may qualify. Discounts may vary by carrier and eligibility.
Online graduates
A large share of SNHU graduates earned their degrees online. If you’re one of them and you live in New Hampshire or Maine, tell us about your degree when you call and we’ll check your eligibility.
Manchester and the Merrimack Valley
Many SNHU graduates live in Manchester, Bedford, Hooksett, Merrimack, Nashua and the towns along the Merrimack River.
City homes and multi-families
Manchester has plenty of older two- and three-family homes. If you live in one unit and rent the others, your policy needs to reflect that. We can walk you through how owner-occupied multi-family coverage works and whether the alumni discount applies.
Commuters on I-93 and the Everett Turnpike

Already have an alumni insurance offer?
The SNHU alumni association may separately sponsor an insurance program for its members. That program is separate from us. If you already have an offer, you’re welcome to bring it in.
