I have worked in the personal lines industry for 25 years, first as a customer support person for a State Farm agent (who happened to be my husband), and then with my sons: John Merwin, who opened the PAI agency in 2005, and then my son Brian, who joined us after his work in the army. I love my coworkers—we all work hard, laugh together, and support one another. We truly care about providing the best insurance coverage for our policyholders, many of whom have become like family. My current hobbies are enjoying my four grandchildren and family, hiking, biking, yoga, and reading.
