Ashley started in the insurance industry around 16 at her grandmother's insurance agency in Leominster MA, doing registry runs for customers and filing. After high school, she joined the agency full time, assisting her mom and gram who were both agents. When gram retired in 2016, she continued in insurance at 2 different agencies until joining Portsmouth Atlantic Insurance.

She has two daughters both in high school. She enjoys collecting trading cards and watching MMA with her husband. She enjoys thrift shopping with her daughters, and she and her youngest are really into watching old TV shows. She spends a lot of time with her two dogs, Koko and Mr Beefy. Every year she and her daughters go to Salisbury Beach with her parents and her sisters and niece for a week, it’s their favorite week of the year.
