Cathy has worked in the personal lines industry for 25 years, first as a customer support person for a State Farm agent (who happened to be her husband!), and then with her two sons: Jon Merwin, who opened the PAI agency in 2005, and then her son Brian, who joined PAI after his work in the army. Cathy loves her coworkers—we all work hard, laugh together, and support one another. Everyone at PAI truly cares about providing the best insurance coverage for our policyholders, many of whom have become like family. Cathy's current hobbies are enjoying her four grandchildren and family, hiking, biking, yoga, and reading.
